Commissioned works Theo was commissioned by the Department of Foreign Affairs to do two paintings for the "Wassenaar Arrangement" in 2006. He created the sculpture "Amoca" in 1999 for the Amsterdams Oecomenisch Centrum - Deutscher Hilfsverein.
